Terms

• Rates do not include state or local taxes.
  
  
• Two night minimum stay required.
  
  
• Weekly rentals run from 4 pm Friday to 11 am on the following Friday, or 4 pm Saturday to 11 am on the following Saturday.

• Maximum occupancy is 8 or 10 people in the two bedroom units and 12 people in the three bedroom units. Occupancy limits are enforced.

• All accommodations are smoke and pet free; a $250 fine will be charged for non-compliance and cleaning costs.
  
  
• A 50% deposit of the total charge is required on all rentals within 7 days of making the reservation. If the deposit is not received within seven days, the reservation may be subject to cancellation.
  
  
• Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 20 days or less from arrival will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
